Cozumel
The Disney Magic pulls into beautiful Cozumel around 9:30AM on all Western Caribbean cruises. Cozumel is an island off the coast of Mexico, off the Yucatan Penninsula.
You'll have from 9:30AM until 6:30PM to enjoy your day in Mexico. Once you depart from the ship, you will be greated with Mexican music, convenient craft, jewelry and gift shopping right next to the pier, and taxi stations in case you aren't already booked into a shore excursion. The ferries are nearby, in case you will be travelling on further over to the mainland to explore Tulum or other mainland attractions.

You'll find plenty to do in Cozumel, including:
- taking a shore excursion to visit the mayan ruins at Tulum (this shore excursion is about 6 hours long)
- snorkling or diving in the crystal clear waters - Cozumel has been rated one of the best dive spots around the world
- shopping and taking in the local sites
- for something a bit different, consider Chankanab State Park. A taxi will get you there for about $6 per person, and once there you will find Mayan ruins (some authentic, some reconstructed), a beach, snorkling - including equipment rental, a playground, lots of wildlife, including birds, iguanas and a natural salt water lagoon, a restaraunt, shops and more.
